7. Promotional Codes, Discounts, and Sponsor Benefits

These offers are:

  • subject to eligibility rules;

  • non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise;

If ALSA determines that a promotional code, discount, or special benefit has been used improperly, fraudulently, or by an unauthorized person, ALSA may:

  • cancel the booking or discount;

  • blacklist the individual from future use of such benefits;

  • or take any other reasonable action necessary to protect ALSA and its partners.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

9. Safety and Participation Disclaimer

Use of this website to book or register for an ALSA service does not guarantee unrestricted participation in all Academy activities.

All participation remains subject to:

  • safety assessment,

  • swimming ability where required,

  • age and programme suitability,

  • medical disclosures,

  • signed waivers and consents,

  • and compliance with ALSA operational rules.

Sailing and water-based activities involve inherent risks. Participants may also be required to agree to separate waivers, releases, and programme conditions in addition to these Terms.

10. Accounts and User Responsibility
